Data Scientist (Email/SMS/Ecom)

Job Description:
As a Data scientist at The Email Experience (EX), your primary responsibility will be to interpret client data and develop robust reporting processes to drive data-based decision-making and enhance client account performance. You will be responsible for creating clear and concise reporting processes for both internal use and client consumption, identifying trends, highlighting value to clients, and identifying red flags within client accounts. Additionally, you will develop internal key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting processes to gauge team performance and efficiency.

Expectations:
We are seeking a self-starting expert in data analysis who can take ownership of developing solutions within the EX reporting structure. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of e-commerce metrics, specifically in the context of email and SMS marketing. Strong communication skills, particularly in English, are essential. A proactive mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and the willingness to go the extra mile to exceed expectations are highly valued. Proficiency in various tech platforms such as G Suite, Slack, Zoom, Notion, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Attentive, Google Data Studio, and Google Sheets is required.
