We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Scraper to assist us in identifying real estate properties with pools that require pool safety certificates across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. This role is crucial in expanding our reach and forming valuable partnerships with property managers.

Key Responsibilities:

-Use various online tools and databases to identify real estate listings that feature pools within the specified regions.
-Collect and analyze data on properties needing up-to-date pool safety certificates.
-Reach out to and build relationships with property managers for potential partnerships.
-Maintain a structured database of all findings and interactions.
-Collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to refine data scraping strategies and enhance outreach efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Proven experience in data scraping and analysis.
-Strong understanding of the real estate market, especially in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland is a plus
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective partnership building.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
-Familiarity with pool safety regulations is a plus.
