Role Overview:
As a Data Storyteller and Insights Explorer, you will be the linchpin in our marketing team, responsible for harnessing a diverse range of data streams from various platforms to create a unified, visual dashboard. Your work will illuminate the paths we take, informing marketing strategies, content creation, and customer engagement efforts with actionable insights gleaned from across the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Consolidation: Aggregate data from multiple sources including social media, website analytics, CRM systems, and advertising platforms to create a comprehensive dataset.
Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and manage interactive dashboards using Google Data Studio or similar tools, providing real-time insights into marketing performance, customer behavior, and sales funnel metrics.
Insights Generation: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes.

Reporting: Craft regular and ad-hoc reports, presenting complex data in an understandable, engaging, and visually appealing manner for stakeholders at all levels.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support that guides tactical and strategic decisions.
Innovation and Improvement: Continually seek ways to improve data collection, analysis, and visualization processes, adopting new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, with a proven track record of transforming data into insights and strategy.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Google Data Studio or similar visualization tools, along with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform complex analyses, interpret data, and identify trends.
Communication Skills: Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities, with the talent to translate complex data sets into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
Innovative Thinking: A curious and innovative thinker, always looking for new ways to visualize data and insights.
