We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Data Studio Expert to join our team. As an expert, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive and visually appealing digital marketing dashboards using Google Data Studio. You will play a crucial role in providing actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders by integrating data from various sources, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing platforms through APIs and tools like Supermetrics. Your expertise in data visualization, analytics, and API integration will drive data-driven decision-making and enhance the overall digital marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain digital marketing dashboards using Google Data Studio for clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand reporting requirements, KPIs, and data sources for digital marketing campaigns.
Extract data from various digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms, through APIs and Supermetrics.
Clean, transform, and aggregate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in reporting.
Build complex data connections and integrations to collect and synchronize data from multiple sources into Google Data Studio.
Develop advanced visualizations and interactive features in dashboards to present data in a clear and actionable manner.
Analyze data and provide insights to clients and stakeholders based on the digital marketing dashboards created.
Monitor and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular validation, quality assurance, and data governance practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest features, APIs, and best practices related to digital marketing platforms and Google Data Studio.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and assist with customization and refinement of dashboards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Strong proficiency in Google Data Studio, with a proven track record of creating digital marketing dashboards.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Familiarity with APIs and tools like Supermetrics for data extraction and integration.
Proficiency in data manipulation languages, such as SQL, for complex data transformations and calculations.
Strong understanding of data modeling, analytics, and visualization principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Experience in analyzing digital marketing data and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or formal training in Google Data Studio or other business intelligence tools.
Experience working with additional digital marketing platforms and APIs, such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, or Twitter Ads.
Knowledge of scripting languages, such as JavaScript or Python, for advanced data manipulation and customization.
Familiarity with data warehousing and database management concepts.
