Job Description

We’re looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, and dynamic Data Verification Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about accuracy, efficiency, and have a knack for quickly learning new systems while applying critical thinking to verify data, we would love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**

Data Management:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all information.

CRM Proficiency:
Efficiently manage data through regular use of our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.

Attention to Detail:
Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies in a timely manner.

Data Verification:
Research and verify the accuracy of various data points, including contact information, company details, and other critical data. Update the CRM with any changes or corrections.

Learning & Development:
Quickly grasp new tools, technologies, and workflows, adapting to changes or updates in our systems and processes.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and to support the company’s objectives.

Reporting & Analysis:
Assist in generating reports and providing insights based on data verification findings, supporting decision-making processes.

**Requirements**

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Data Verification Specialist, or similar role.
• Experience working with CRM systems; Infor CRM experience is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be willing to work Pacific Daylight/Standard Hours.

**Nice to Have**

• Experience in Property and Casualty insurance.
• Previous experience with Infor CRM.
