About This Role:
ZenPilot is looking for a Data Visualization and Reporting Specialist to provide support to the Solutions & ZenPilot team for both internal & client projects where data gathering, data modeling, and dashboard building are required. He/She is expected to eventually own the ZenPilot Reports service offering and expand it constantly.

This is a full-time, remote position, but we could potentially start by doing small projects.

While remote work is possible from anywhere with an internet connection, please note that the Workflow Automation Specialist role at ZenPilot generally follows standard working hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. We understand the importance of flexibility and strive to accommodate varying schedules based on workload and demand.

As a team member in this role, you will:

1. Gather data manually and via API from ClickUp and other tools in databases (mainly G-Sheets).
2. Model & format gathered data and prepare it for visualization in reporting/dashboards.
3. Build client-facing Dashboards in Looker Studio or Databox.
4. Perform data updates (manually or via API) in order to keep dashboards up-to-date.
5. Work alongside the Solutions Team Lead for ways to develop the ZenPilot Reports product offering.
6. Constantly find ways to improve the processes behind role-specific duties in order to increase efficiency and maximize value.
7. Provide support to the ZenPilot team for internal reporting requirements.
8. Provide support and eventually lead the collaboration for white-labeled reporting via Microsoft PowerBI between third-party companies and ZenPilot.

Qualifications:
* Extremely proficient with spreadsheet manipulation.
* Deep understanding of reporting tools such as Looker Studio or PowerBI.
* Ability to understand agency KPIs and develop means to report on those KPIs.
* Creativity in building client-facing visualizations of data.
* Well-versed in Data gathering via API, third-party connectors, and manual data extraction.
* Systemic Data modeling and formatting for usage in reporting visualizations.
* Strong written communication skills.
* Ability to work against sensitive timelines and deadlines.
* Good effort estimation & time-tracking abilities.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work within internal & cross-functional projects.
* Persistent positive attitude and poise under pressure.
* A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with people at all levels.
* Proven ability to work independently.
* Experience and a true desire to work remotely.

TECH STACK EXPERTISE:
* Most crucial: Looker Studio, Google Sheets, ClickUp, Excel, Slack.
* Extra credit: Microsoft PowerBI, Supermetrics, Databox, Teamwork.
