Job Description:
As a Database Management and Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the integrity of our client database. Your responsibilities will include:

Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule and manage sales appointments to maximize meeting opportunities and facilitate seamless communication.
Calling Warm Leads: Initiate outbound calls to warm leads within our database, primarily targeting individuals in the loan or real estate agent sector.
Communication Follow-Up: Engage with prospects to confirm their interest in ongoing email communications and address any queries they may have.
Client Engagement: Arrange meetings with potential collaborators to explore opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
Addressing Needs: Proactively identify and address prospects’ queries or requirements to ensure a high level of service and support.
Database Verification: Contact individuals within the database to verify their activity status and update relevant information accordingly.
Activity Check: Determine the engagement level of individuals within specified areas of interest and update contact details or preferences as needed.
Reporting: Provide regular reports detailing the outcomes of database verification activities and highlight any notable findings or trends.
Communication: Conduct all calls and interactions with professionalism and courtesy, representing the company positively at all times.
Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce real estate agents to The Power is Now Media program.
Meet daily and weekly targets for introducing agents to the program.
Educate clients about our products and services, including White Label Real Estate magazines, the VIP Agent Program, and Icreate Listing Short Programs.
Achieve a minimum of five sales in any category before earning commissions.
Ensure effective email follow-up to schedule appointments and meetings with management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Attend weekly performance reviews and actively participate in training sessions.
Represent the company professionally and positively in all client interactions.
Qualifications:

Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Basic computer skills.
