AgentHUB 360 provides a Complete Business Model for solo Realtors. We manage their CRM, Marketing, and Database that integrates to a “forever follow-up” Call Center so that no lead is lost, resulting in more closings for our Clients. Our clients are the top-performing Real Estate Agents in the United States and Canada!

We are looking for someone who:

This experienced candidate oversees the data organization and management of our Real Estate Agents client databases and company marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Data organization in excel, google, workdrive spreadsheets.
**Importing and exporting Real Estate Agent databases in and out of our system
**Quality control of data
**Research on Client contact information
**Assist in improving and maintaining systems throughout the organization

QUALIFICATIONS:
**Exceptional work ethic and detailed thinker
**Proven track record of managing data migration or information systems type, and experience in working with virtual teams in different time zones
**Tech savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Zoho a bonus
**Exceptional communications skills both verbal and written
**Self-starter with the ability to work independently

REQUIREMENTS:
**College degree in IT preferred
**Tech-savvy and familiar with a variety of Real Estate platforms a bonus. Nice to have knowledge of Zoho and 5Nine management systems. (but not necessary)
** Minimum high-speed internet connection of 50 MBPS
** Relatively new computer with a minimum memory of 8 GB of RAM and processor speed to perform efficiently
** Dual monitors
** Good quality headset
** Non-distracting homework environment

If you have the qualities and abilities required, we would love to hear from you. Compensation will be a monthly salary. Pay will depend on the level of experience and increased once fully trained.
