Your main responsibilities as a Virtual Technical Support Associate will include:
*Utilizing virtual meeting software and our state-of-the-art remote desktop application to connect with clients and provide IT support.
*Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues across platforms such as Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android.
*Offering remote support for hardware tasks, including virtual computer assembly and operating system reformatting without data loss, through our AR-enabled RDP software.
*Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting cloud-based applications and services such as Google Workspace and Office 365, along with managing DNS records.
*Assisting with network troubleshooting, including router configurations, VPN setup, firewall rules, and port forwarding.
Implementing your critical thinking skills to swiftly identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
*Providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating excellent English communication skills, and maintaining a positive attitude during client interactions.
*Performing additional Virtual Assistant (VA) tasks as required.
To succeed in this role, you must have comprehensive knowledge of IT, including experience with various operating systems, remote desktop applications, computer hardware, cloud-based platforms, and network configuration. Proficiency in setting up and managing network hardware like routers, switches, and firewalls is a must. Essential skills include excellent English communication, stellar customer service, and a positive outlook.
