Deal Process Support Agent (Fixed Term)

Overview

LevelUp is a specialist agency that provides WordPress technical support for vendors, agencies and website owners. We have been servicing a number of WordPress companies for over 6 years now, and have a rapidly growing team of skilled and passionate WordPress professionals. We are looking to hire a team of Deal Process Support Agents for a Fixed Term three (3) month contract.

Responsibilities

() Accurately prepare customer service agreements using client’s templates and customer records
() Cross-check data provided by sales team with existing data in Salesforce to ensure deal information is correct
() Upload service agreements to Docusign once validated by client
() Send service agreement to customers via Docusign in a timely manner

Skills & Experience

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills

() Acute attention to detail
() Ability to strictly comply with work instructions and Data Privacy rules
() Confidence to ask questions when uncertain, to avoid potentially serious errors and rework
() Proficiency in Google Docs, Salesforce and Docusign is a must

Additional Information

() This is a fully remote position with a standard 40-hour fixed-schedule work week
() It is essential that you have a dedicated workspace with reliable internet connection as any downtime will significantly impact performance
() The exact work schedule depends on the client that you are assigned to, and it is often an afternoon or night shift

() This is a three (3) month contract with the potential to be extended to six (6) months
