We are looking for someone with an interest in private equity or who has previously worked in real estate lead generation/cold calling to join us in handling 2 main processes for us:
1) Calling our contact list of potential sellers in our CRM using our scripts to book discovery calls for our partners
2) Searching business broker sites for deals that fit our requirements and contacting them to get more information
We work with people looking to buy businesses primarily in the USA. And you’ll be supporting those efforts.
You’ll spend 20-30% of your time on the 2nd process and the rest of your time cold calling.
If you’ve worked with real estate companies cold calling this will be easy for you.
Any experience in the investment banking or private equity space is also ideal.
Part time is preferred, but if you have experience in marketing or appointment setting we may be able to employ you full time.

Responsibilities:
– Calling prospects provided in the client’s CRM
– Booking appointments for a discovery call with the client
– Detailed note taking on any information discovered in the appointment booking process
– Assisting in scheduling or coordinating appointments for our clients
– Searching broker websites for deals that fit our needs
– contacting potential deals from broker sites and inputting their info into the CRM
Qualifications:
– Experience in calling for leads, appointments and qualification is good
– You should have good phone manor and understand tonality (making sure you sound good on the phone)
– Good at talking with people
– Must have great English without an accent or a very minimal accent
– Can work alone
– Stable internet and PC
– Willing to learn and improve
