Responsibilities:
– Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate sales.
– Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate, appealing, and up-to-date.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
– Create and schedule engaging content for our website, blog, email newsletters, and social media channels to attract and engage our target audience.
– Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback across various platforms, providing exceptional customer service and building brand loyalty.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, influencer partnerships etc.
– Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize our digital marketing and e-commerce efforts.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance our online presence and customer experience.

Required Skills:
– Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
– Experience managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce) and familiarity with order fulfillment processes.
– Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
– Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) to create visually appealing content.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Passion for digital marketing and e-commerce, with a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
– Experience with Clickfunnels, email marketing platforms and knowledge of email marketing best practices.
– Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques to optimize website content for search engines.
– Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush) to monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
– Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage customer data and segmentation.
