Job Summary:
H7FF is looking to bring on a Project Manager position who is a core team member responsible for taking the visionary ideas of the CEO and mapping out the step-by-step process for implementing those ideas into the business using the team and resources available, meeting all deadlines and criteria to successful completion.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in building workflows, automation, and processes inside of ClickUp to meet deadlines and objectives set by the CEO and the leadership team.
This position is ideal for someone who’s equal parts a marketer, project manager, and business strategist who is excited to help us expand and is looking to establish long-term work with a fast-growing, successful company.
Experience you must have:
– Must have 3+ years of online marketing and project management experience
– Demonstrated track record in growth experimentation and lead generation
– At least 2+ years experience in managing projects through ClickUp
– Experience with building out ClickUp from scratch and transitioning a business and team successfully over to ClickUp

Project Manager Tasks of this Role:
– Plan and strategize with the CEO on upcoming projects
– Implement and ensure delivery of client and internal projects
– Build out new projects in ClickUp
– Map out workflows and create SOPs for new projects
– Manage team tasks and project deliverables
Requirements:
– Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week
– High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions
– Powerful personal computer
Compensation:
$8-$15 USD/hour depending on experience
