We are looking for an incredible VA with a positive attitude who wants to be part of a team. The role will start part-time with the ability to progress and grow to full-time work and must be able to work weekends in some capacity.
You must be able to deal with the fast pace of startup and have a can-do attitude.
You must be a fast learner, highly organised, take direction well, take feedback well and be willing to learn.
You will be trained in a variety of things.
One crucial function will be learning how to respond to customers and customer service. We have very particular ways we must answer questions because of the industry we work in supplements (which is highly regulated). You will be trained by my rock start VA.
You will be asked to help with and track influencers. You will shadow our head VA, to learn how all these things are done.
You will also be asked to do research tasks or many other varying things. There will always be a lot of different balls in the air, so a high level of organisation, attention to detail and pride in your work is essential.
Understanding brand tone, positioning, and how we engage with our community is essential. We always want to make the customer happy and, build brand identity and be incredibly careful with how we respond.
We want someone who wants to grow their career as a VA truly and will go the extra mile to perform their role best.
