Right now **Valhalla** is looking for a Delivery Manager and Business Analyst
**We would love to work with you if you have experience in:**

1. **Software Development Experience**: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on either leadership or client-facing roles.
2. **Coaching Skills**: You have the desire and experience to coach Leaders and Project Managers in best practices and methodologies.
3. **Client Relationship Management**: You are a master of managing client relationships and client expectations
4. **Team Management**: You excel at managing teams, resolving conflicts, and handling issues effectively.
5. **Business Requirements Analysis:** Experience in gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specifications.
6. **Business Analysis Tools**: You are proficient in business analysis tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, data modeling, and requirements gathering.
7. **Data Analysis**: You have experience in analyzing data to inform business decisions, and you’re familiar with data analysis tools like SQL, Tableau, or Excel.
8. **Cross-Cultural Communication**: You are very comfortable speaking with western foreigners and can adapt your communication style accordingly.
9. **Continuous Learning**: You are humble and curious, with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
10. **Self-Management**: You are self-responsible, extremely reliable, and have solid personal routine habits, including effective time management and calendar usage.
11. **Problem-Solving Skills**: You are a creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box.
12. **Technical Understanding**: You have a basic understanding of software coding, including familiarity with concepts like “if statements” and “unit tests.”

You will need to present your Portfolio showcasing your Design skills and ability to solve complex design problems.

Perhaps you might also have expertise with some of these (or are willing to improve on):

1. **Database Skills**: Familiarity with SQL or other querying languages is beneficial for data analysis tasks.
2. **Systems Engineering:** Understanding of systems engineering concepts and data modeling is essential for designing and analyzing systems.
3. **Business Intelligence Tools:** Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI is advantageous for data visualization and reporting.
4. **Educational Background:** A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like Business or Computer Science is required.
5. **Project Management Software:** Proficiency in software like Jira, MS Project, or Asana is needed for effective project management.
6. **Agile Methodologies:** A strong understanding of Agile methodologies is crucial for flexible and efficient project execution.
7. **Programming or Database Skills:** A basic understanding of programming languages or database management is a beneficial supplementary skill.

You’ll be earning Php 50,000 – Php 85,000 (depending on experience)

Basically, we’ll be working on these responsibilities:

1. Taking ownership of key partner relationships and making sure they receive incredible service
2. Developing genuine, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients
3. Working closely with, and coaching Project Managers in delivery.
4. Balancing the requirements of the client with the needs of the software team
5. Helping to evolve and improve systems and processes in the company
6. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system requirements.
7. Creation of business information into spreadsheets and diagrams for analysis
