What you will do
We’re looking for someone to own, run, and grow the overall operations of our delivery teams while exemplifying the culture and values of Seller Candy. Some of your primary responsibilities would include overseeing budgets, formulating overall strategy, growing and developing your teams, and establishing policies.
-Oversee team productivity and performance assessment
-Manage and implement KPI Metrics
-Ensure employees are motivated and productive
-Design strategy and set goals for growth
-Plan staffing requirements
-Ensure all needed training is in place
-Manage Quality Assurance
-Strategize process improvements
-Plan and review compensation plans
-Coach, counsel, and deal with growth needs in team members
-Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
-Supervise Utilization Reports
-Control budgets and optimize expenses
-Ensure a sense of progress in your team with clear growth and career progression opportunities
-Do anything at any time to ensure the success of the company
You will be a thoughtful leader and confident decision-maker, fostering a culture aligned with Seller Candy’s values. Leveraging your 3-5 years of leadership experience, you’ll contribute to the company’s success with strong computer skills and a heartfelt connection to customer happiness.
What you need
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in client satisfaction by being client-facing, proactively addressing issues, and embodying a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
You should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker
-Coaching and growth mindset, committed to developing the team you work with.
-3 – 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role
-Strong computer skills to problem solve via the internet and communicate
-Previous experience with Amazon, Lazada, or similar, is HIGHLY recommended
-The ability to think like a business owner, a clear commitment to exceptional standards, and a focus on delivering the outcomes our clients expect.
-Self-motivated, and great at problem-solving skills. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to solving issues. Can you think outside of the box?
-A natural aversion to letting problems be left unsolved
-Attention to detail and prompt reporting adherence to deadlines
-More than 1 year working in e-commerce or technology industries
-High level of English especially for reading
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Ability to communicate with clients via Zoom and create clear action plans for our team
-Tools and Platforms you will be working with
-Clients submit tickets through an intuitive online portal powered by Freshdesk as the robust back-end system
-We use Fresh Teams to orchestrate and optimize holiday and HR management, so you don’t need to worry about your team getting the time off they need
-Google is our go-to platform for efficient email management, process documentation, and reporting
-We use Clickup as our Project management tool so we can all collaborate on projects and make sure we have full transparency across the business
-Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is not just valued; it’s the icing on the cake, enriching your role and contributing to the success of our delivery team
-Zoom is our video calling platform of choice due to the great video quality and ease of use for our clients and teams
