Position Overview:
As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and recruit talented professionals for various roles for our clients. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates, ensuring a timely and efficient recruitment process, and helping to match the right candidates with the right job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing and Attraction:
• Utilise various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Utilise Linkedin Recruiter
• Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates interested in delivery-related roles.
2. Screening and Selection:
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Evaluate candidates’ motivations, career goals, and potential for long-term success in delivery roles.
• Shortlist and present the most suitable candidates to hiring managers or clients.
3. Relationship Building:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive recruitment experience and acting as a point of contact throughout the process.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing regular updates on progress.
4. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to ensure competitive and efficient recruitment processes.
5. Recruitment Process Management:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
6. Candidate Experience and Employer Branding:
• Enhance the candidate experience by providing personalized communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment journey.
• Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates.
7. Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in the delivery recruitment landscape.
• Analyze and report on key recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, with a focus on delivery-related positions.
• Prior experience using Linkedin Recruiter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and build rapport.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to attract and secure top talent.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A passion for recruitment and talent acquisition, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
