Job Description

As a Demand Planner Assistant, you will play a crucial role in working with the procurement team and ensuring effective logistics operations through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Your responsibilities will contribute to the company’s financial success, inventory management, new product introductions, and overall supply chain optimization while embracing our values of Team & Culture First, EQ over IQ, Winners Keep Score, & Relentless Execution.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager and a team of analysts to manage product, vendor, and freight-related operations.
– Utilize software tools to set up and configure systems according to the business objectives, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
– Prepare and manipulate large datasets using advanced spreadsheet formulas and software capabilities to create unique and customized formats for analysis and reporting.
– Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in English communication for internal collaboration and coordination.
– Utilize provided tools to develop, maintain, and adjust forecasts across SKUs, businesses, and channels on a daily to annual basis.
– Provide evidence of prior work experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating a deep understanding of demand planning principles and practices.
– Take ownership of the demand planning process, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
– Proactively identify and address potential issues or discrepancies in demand forecasts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
– Stay informed about market trends, consumer behavior, and industry dynamics to inform forecasting decisions and strategies.

Qualifications:
– 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the DTC eCommerce Supply Chain for CPG products.
– Proficiency in utilizing software tools to develop and maintain demand forecasts, such as ERP systems, forecasting software, and advanced spreadsheet applications.
– Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal collaboration.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using spreadsheet formulas and software capabilities.
– Proven track record of success in demand planning and forecasting, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and objectives.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
– Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual team environment.
