Job Description:
As a Dental Appointment Setter & Patient Concierge at SmileConvert, you will be the first point of contact for our dental practice partners’ prospective patients. You will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their journey, from initial inquiry to the booking of their first appointment. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless, friendly, and professional experience that reflects the high standards of our partner practices.

Responsibilities:
* Appointment Coordination: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using our proprietary software. Work closely with dental practices to ensure schedules are optimized.
* Patient Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. Answer questions, offer guidance, and provide information about dental services to potential patients.
* Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with patients to confirm upcoming appointments and post-visit satisfaction.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, appointments, and communications.
* Feedback Collection: Collect and report patient feedback to enhance the overall service and experience.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for improving patient engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as an appointment setter, customer service representative, or similar role, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and empathize with patients.
* Proficiency in using GoHighlevel CRM software, phone dialing software, and Google Workspace.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* A positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
