Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive and dedicated Lead Generation VA with a knack for communication and a passion for healthcare. As a crucial member of our team, you’ll act as a remote dental receptionist and lead generator, directly impacting our clients’ success by ensuring their appointment books are full and their services are well-promoted.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Utilise various strategies to generate new leads for dental clinics, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential patients.

Appointment Scheduling: Call leads to schedule appointments, managing calendars efficiently to maximise client availability.

Follow-Up: Ensure leads attend their appointments through timely and persuasive follow-up calls, reducing no-show rates.

Patient Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for potential patients, providing information and answering queries to foster positive relationships.

Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities and appointment scheduling success, contributing insights for strategy refinement.

Requirements:

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively over the phone.
– Preferably with experience in cold calling and lead generation, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
– Preferably with experience as a Dental VA or in a dental clinic setting, though not mandatory.
– Experience in an Australian account call centre is a plus, but not required.
– Self-motivated, with a high degree of organisation and the ability to work independently.
– Proficiency in managing lead and appointment data.
– Proficiency in using GoHighLevel.
