Position Open (Commission-Based)
As a Disposition Manager, you will identify and acquire new properties, conducting market research, evaluating properties, and assisting in negotiations. You will develop relationships with real estate professionals and support documentation and coordination efforts. This role offers hands-on learning and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential properties.
Assist in property evaluations, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
Support negotiations with property owners and agents.
Build and maintain industry relationships.
Prepare and manage acquisition documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
