We are looking for a proactive and leadership Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will assist in managing the daily operations of the team and work with the manager to develop and implement strategies to ensure the efficient operation and performance of the department.
Your main responsibilities include:
Assist in developing and implementing department goals and work plans to ensure the completion of team tasks.
Supervise and guide team members to ensure that the quality and efficiency of work meet company standards.
Coordinate the internal workflow of the department, optimize resource allocation, and improve work efficiency.
Track and analyze team performance data, adjust strategies in a timely manner, and solve problems.
Assist in recruiting and training new employees to help them adapt and grow.
Work with other departments to solve problems and challenges in cross-departmental cooperation.
Assist the manager in handling daily affairs and management work, and assume some manager responsibilities.

Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in business administration, management or related majors.
Have more than 2 years of relevant work experience, including more than 1 year of team management experience.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and guide team members.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to communicate and cooperate effectively with the team and other departments.
Have good problem-solving and decision-making skills, and be able to stay calm under pressure.
Proficient in using office software and management tools, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Be responsible for work, careful and patient, and have good time management and organizational skills.
