Design Assistant & Customer Service Representative

This role will involve daily design tasks and direct interaction with our customers to ensure their needs are met with the highest level of service.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our design team and manage customer communications. The ideal candidate has basic to average Photoshop skills for daily design edits and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Use Photoshop to edit and adjust designs based on specific requirements or feedback.
– Ensure all design edits meet quality standards and are completed within set deadlines.
– Answer customer messages promptly, providing helpful and accurate information regarding our products, order status, and any other inquiries.
– Collaborate with the design and customer service teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
– Keep track of customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
– Basic to average proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
– Excellent written communication skills for handling customer messages.
– Ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback and changing priorities.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
– Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
