Graphic Design Proficiency:

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for various design tasks.
Demonstrate a high level of skill in creating visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
Photo Editing:

Execute photo editing tasks to enhance visual appeal and meet project requirements.
Ensure a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to transform raw images into polished, professional visuals.
UI/UX Design:

Proficient in using Figma to create user interfaces and user experiences that align with project goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-centric designs.
Digital Marketing:

Paid Advertising:

Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
Google Ads Proficiency:

Follow instructions and implement Google Ads strategies to drive targeted traffic and achieve marketing goals.
Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends and features to enhance campaign performance.
Campaign Planning:

Develop strategic plans for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to define target audiences, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Training:

Provide guidance and training for digital marketing skills to candidates who may not possess prior experience but show a willingness to learn.
Foster a supportive learning environment to enable continuous improvement.
Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
Strong portfolio showcasing design and digital marketing projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
Knowledge of paid advertising platforms and experience with Google Ads.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends and technologies.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing techniques.
