What You’ll Be Doing:
Create: Use your CAD skills (Catia V5) to design amazing lighting products from concept to completion.
Engineer: Develop innovative solutions that meet strict industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
Collaborate: Partner with diverse teams, from fellow engineers to suppliers, to bring your ideas to life.
Innovate: Explore new technologies, materials, and techniques to keep us ahead of the competition.
What We’re Looking For:
Technical Skills:
5+ years of experience in automotive design, bonus points for LED lighting expertise!
Masterful Catia V5 skills (basics and surfacing)
Solid understanding of automotive delivery standards (ISO-128, BS-8888)
Soft Skills:
Great communication and presentation skills
Love working with others and building relationships
Passion for problem-solving and always looking for ways to improve
Bonus Points:
You know your way around automotive lighting regulations (ECE, SAE)
You’ve got experience with PCB design requirements
You’re familiar with homologation, NPI, PPAP, and APQP processes
