Design-minded Marketing Assistant for Dynamic & Established Digital Agency

We are an established Digital Agency based in Canada serving a variety of clients.
We love helping our clients communicate their message.

You’ll be a great fit for our team if:
– You’re honest, optimistic, friendly, and hardworking
– You’re good at getting things done efficiently and independently (but will ask questions if you get stuck or want to bounce off ideas)
– You’re organized and get things done on time
– You are careful to understand the GOALS of the project and then deliver quality product that meets those GOALS
– You love what you do
– You want to work on a variety of projects
– You’re looking for a long term working relationship

You’ll be working on this kind of stuff:
– Graphic Design for print and online
– Branding
– Web design, especially using WordPress, Elementor, and Woocommerce
– Email marketing
– Video Editing
– perhaps some Social Media if you’re a good writer with excellent communication skills
– If you’re good with clients, then you may be able to connect directly with them

We work in a variety of industries as well as for non-profit organizations – we want to help create good in the world!

Tools:
– Adobe Creative Suite
– MacOS
– WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, RankMath
– AI
– Google Drive / Docs / Gmail

Compensation:
– Paid every 2 weeks
– Part-time hours (could go to full-time if a fit for both of us)
– Time off between Christmas and New Years
