Design Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Design Quality Assurance Specialist. Your main role will be meticulously assessing and approving various design images to ensure they meet our high standards of style, color, and quality. You will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional visual content.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate and approve design images based on predefined standards and guidelines.
2. Ensure the consistency, quality, style, and color of the design meet the company’s requirements.
3. Categorize and organize approved designs into specific folders for easy access and retrieval.
4. Communicate effectively with our design team to ensure consistent quality across all design works.
5. Provide feedback and recommendations for design improvements when necessary.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred, but not required.
2. Proven experience in design, art direction, or quality assurance in a creative setting.
3. Strong visual aesthetic and an eye for detail.
4. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
6. Exceptional communication skills to provide clear and concise feedback.
7. Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
