Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, exceptional artistic skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Designer will collaborate with various teams to conceptualize and create visually appealing designs across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in brand identity and messaging. This role requires proficiency in design software and a solid understanding of design principles.

Location: Indonesia

Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and create high-quality designs for various projects, including print materials, digital assets, presentations, and more.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and timelines.
3. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual standards.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills and techniques.
5. Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs as needed.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
7. Assist in the creation and maintenance of design assets, such as templates, icons, and style guides.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in animation or motion graphics.
2. Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
3. Familiarity with web design and development processes.
4. Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
