Job description
We’re looking for a talented, creative Designer to join our award-winning creative marketing agency. As a Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visual content for a variety of clients, including social media graphics, Google/Meta Ads and other marketing materials.
You will work closely with our Art Director and clients to develop design concepts and will have the opportunity to make an impact in a fast-growing agency.
Key Responsibilities
Design and create visual content for a variety of e-commerce brands, including social media graphics and Google/Meta Ad creative.
Support with everyday admin duties such as organising client designs and internal resources
Assist the team by supporting and designing internal presentations, reports and decks
Work closely with our Art Director & design team to develop design concepts, and ideate together
Keep up-to-date with the latest artwork trends, design trends, techniques and softwares
Contribute to the development of our agency’s visual identity
Supporting the scheduling of design based content for clients on social media
Learn to understand/create purpose driven ad design, adapting content based around analytics/results.
Qualifications
Degree in graphic design or a related field (not essential)
2+ years of experience in graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work (specifically Ad Design is favoured)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients via Google Meets

Ideal candidates will be able to:
Demonstrate previous digital ads they have designed.
Demonstrate an ability to move quickly, be agile and design in volume
Show exceptional communication skills to manage client designs and ensure all content produced is on brand and in line with briefs.
Have a deep passion for and understanding of social media, design, emerging and existing trends, and what brings success for brands online.
A ‘can do’ attitude and someone who goes above and beyond in everything they do.
A real attention to detail in all areas of their work.
The ability to work under pressure and to multiple deadlines.
Able to communicate and present ideas and designs to the team.
Assist in ensuring the agency delivers consistent quality across accounts.
Manage the Creative Lead in order to oversee content strategy and putting together scripts and briefs for creators to execute.
