You will work directly with our Creative Director & creative teams to turn raw assets into high-converting ads across many platforms. Your understanding of resources (time, budget, quality) will allow you to thrive in an environment that forces unbounded creative thinking within constraints. Your deep knowledge and technical skills in editing videos, photos, motion graphics, and other creative tactics make you a critical player in developing performance based paid social ad-creative.
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, understands social media content trends, has an interest in eCommerce, and has the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Experience designing in the following software is a requirement for this role.
Layout work is done in Adobe XD or Figma.
Photo manipulation is done with photoshop.
Video and animation is done with Premiere Pro and After effects.
[About You]
What you have:
2+ years of graphic design experience
Must be experienced with Full Adobe (In order of priority: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
You’re always learning and enjoy experimenting with new software and platforms.
Have basic proficiency in ClickUp, Notion or relevant project management software, preferred.
Ability to execute on, organise, prioritise and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
A desire to take risks and think outside the box.
Team player!
Bonus points if you have experience working with TikTok!
[About The Role]
This is a part-time role with 20 hours per week available, and opportunities to explore full-time if it’s a good fit. Time will be tracked in our project management system, ClickUp, and wages paid out biweekly.
The successful candidate will:
Produce campaign-specific and evergreen digital ads for DTC businesses. This is achieved through a wide range of mediums including short form motion graphics, dynamic images, live action, still composition, gif, among other formats.
Take strategic briefs and complex ideas, and craft them into simple, clear social ads and visually appealing stories.
Follow established processes to allow for proper information transfer, file management, and reporting. Manage ClickUp tasks to ensure efficiency, ease, speed and quality on projects.
[Assessment Project]
In order to quickly assess a candidate’s fit for the role, we’re asking that each candidate do a small ad design assessment project. We’re looking for people who can effectively follow a written brief, create an effective ad that will convert customers, and efficiently work with the software that we use for creative production. You will be asked to share your working files following the assessment so we can verify that you’re using the correct software.
