Designer (Graphic/Animation/Video)

Job Description:

We are an early stage consumer AI mental health startup committed to revolutionizing the way mental health services are delivered. We’re building an AI-enabled behavioral health clinic from the ground up that already has tens of thousands of patients and is reimagining the modern-day healthcare experience. We take pride in building in one of the most exciting intersections of healthcare, AI and consumer. Our founding team consists of Y Combinator alums, Thiel Fellows and Stanford dropouts.

As a Graphic and Video Designer at our startup, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our brand. You will be tasked with creating compelling, engaging, graphical and video content that resonates with our diverse audience.

– Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including animations/graphics for our app, website, social media and marketing materials.
– Create engaging viral video content that explains our AI products, showcases our services and shares compelling mental health narratives.
– Work closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all platforms.
– Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support campaign strategies and product launches.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, applying this knowledge to your work to keep our brand fresh and innovative.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Designer.
– A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video production skills.
– Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).
– Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics and videos.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
– A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with a passion for mental health and technology.
