We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer looking for full-time work from home 9-5 pm (AWST).

As a Designer at Dilate Digital, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and effective designs that captivate audiences, enhance user experiences, and drive our clients’ digital marketing efforts to success. We are looking for a permanent member of the team that is looking to grow a career over several years.

Responsibilities:

-Create visually appealing and engaging digital designs, including but not limited to website graphics, social media assets, email templates, and advertisements.
-Collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing team to align design concepts with campaign goals and target audiences.
-Maintain a high level of creativity and innovation, staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure the timely delivery of design assets.
-Revise and refine designs based on feedback from team members and clients.
-Ensure consistent branding and design across all marketing materials.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience in designing for websites and digital platforms.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
A passion for staying updated on design trends and industry developments.
Excellent communication skills.
Full time position 9am-5pm AWST.

Home Set Up Requirements:

At least 3mbps of stable internet connection (with a backup internet)
MUST have a mid-level performance desktop or laptop (good for multitasking)
MUST have a working mic & webcam
