The Role:
We are seeking a tech-savvy, well-organised professional with strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail and CRM experience to join our team as a Designer Liaison – Customer Relationship Manager. This remote position requires you to work from home using your own computer and internet setup. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring timely and effective communication with both schools and designers.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain positive relationships with schools, ensuring they understand the production process, their roles, responsibilities and deadlines.
Communicate design requirements clearly between schools and graphic designers.
Follow up with schools on orders, artwork, content and other items needed to produce their diaries.
Proofread and check documents for accuracy and detail.
Meet critical print deadlines while maintaining positive relationships with designers and schools.
Provide product quotes and suggest improvements to the school’s current diary and communication solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the company’s CRM and order databases.
Handle ad-hoc queries and admin tasks, such as assisting with sales and responding to customer inquiries.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in account management and office administration.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills (advanced Excel skills).
Strong problem-solving, organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Intelligent, motivated and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity or basic understanding of design software/applications, particularly Adobe.
Experience working with or within schools.
