We are an award winning travel agency focused entirely on Destination Weddings … and we need a fast paced yet extremely accurate data entry assistant!

Job Description
Alpaca Your Bags Travel (get the joke?) is a fun loving but extremely busy and professional travel agency who specializes in destination weddings. We help busy brides and grooms plan the weddings of their dreams in a foreign destination. We plan around 50 weddings each year and the average group is around 100 guests. Our responsibilities include airline reservations, hotel reservations, event planning and transportation arrangements. Our clients are from all over the United States and travel to Mexico and the Caribbean.

Daily Responsibilities
This position is for a data entry assistant to compile client’s airline reservations into organized spreadsheets.
These spreadsheets will be used to schedule transportation in the group’s destination.
Each airline reservation must be double checked for accuracy on arrival date, arrival time, airline, etc.

Additional responsibilities include double checking travel documents (hotel reservations, travel insurance policies, etc) to ensure accuracy.

Future responsibilities may include itinerary creation in Travefy, designing in Canva, and more.
We want someone who loves travel and weddings and wants to grow with our team.

Weddings are important life events where couples are investing thousands of dollars to make their day special. Due to this, it is extremely important that these wedding couples trust our team to make the experience flawless. We want every couple to have a seamless, stress- free experience. Honesty, accuracy and working in an efficient manner are critically important. Attention to detail is paramount. Accuracy is our number one goal.

You must be:

* Excellent with Time Management as this is a fast paced environment

You must have:
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Personal experience with travel and tourism
* Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Word and Google Docs (including creating templates)
* Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
* Expert level knowledge of Airline booking systems (GDS tools such as SABRE or AMADEUS, Airline websites such as Delta, United, Southwest, American Airlines, etc)
* Expert level knowledge of Communications apps like Google Chat/Hangouts and Whatsapp
* Expert level knowledge of Project management software like Google Spaces
* Expert level knowledge of Time management or time tracking software (Tinq)

We are also seeking candidates who have experience with (or are willing to learn):
* VacationCRM and Travefy
* Canva design tool
* Dubsado project management tool

Work Schedule and Holidays
This is a full-time position. Our business ours are 9a-5p central time, Monday-Friday. We offer flexible hours as long as there is some overlap with the American workday. for communication purposes.
After completing a 6 months probation period, you’ll qualify for 1 vacation leave and 1 sick leave per month. Additional leaves are negotiable as part of the hiring process.
We honor most regular Philippine holidays

Salary: $750 /mo USD (40 hours a week)

Perks and Benefits: Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get: 13th Month

Career Potential: You’ll be working with the owner of the company and #2 in charge (Group Reservations Manager)
