Job Description

Our mission-driven company is seeking a meticulous List Cleaner to enhance our sales and marketing efforts by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our contact lists. This role is essential for preparing qualified contact data, maintaining list integrity, and conducting sales calls to boost customer engagement and satisfaction.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

1. Making outbound calls to verify and update contact information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, device counts, and email addresses.
2. Utilizing CRM and other technology tools to accurately track all activities, update contact details, and log call outcomes.
3. Submitting weekly activity reports detailing calls made, contacts updated, and any notable interactions.
4. Attending weekly marketing meetings and daily team huddles to discuss progress, share insights, and address challenges.
5. Actively engaging with training materials, adhering to established processes, and contributing ideas for improvement.

To qualify for the position, you will need:

1. Strong fluent English verbal communication abilities for making phone calls and participating in meetings.
2. Comfort with using CRM systems, auto-dialers, and other relevant technologies.
3. High attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of data handling and reporting.
4. Appointment setting

– Communication apps like Whatsapp, Slack
– Zoom video conferencing

Preferred skills include:
1. Experience in sales or telemarketing
2. Familiarity with IT & Cybersecurity concerns
3. Experience with lead generation

Work schedule
This is a part-time, independent contractor position requiring 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.

Salary
$280/month for Part-Time work (20 hours a week)

After completing 3 months meeting milestones:

Discuss Full-Time work (40 hours a week)

After completing a 6-month probation period, you will receive:
– Performance bonuses
