I own a small agency (me and a few others) who help clients in the USA and Europe to automate their outbound email sending. We use tools like (+ GPT-4), , and .
[PLEASE NOTE]: 80% of this work is not coding, but rather uses the above GUI tools. Engineering thinking and skills do come in handy, however.
If we hire you, we’ll take your training seriously, and in the beginning you can expect lots of feedback and coaching (from me as well as from others who are further along) as you get familiar with the job.
Once you are up to speed with the fundamentals (within 4-6 weeks), you should be able to do 80% of your work asynchronously, keeping mostly-normal hours while earning a competitive salary. (between 85,000 – 115,000 Php / month)
# We’re looking for someone who:
– Wants to be in the weeds and deliver work at high velocity and quality
– Has strong references from past jobs (we’ll check before hiring)
– Is detail-oriented and careful (we work on live systems)
– Loves learning, wants coaching and feedback to improve ASAP
– Will ask for help, share challenges, and communicate promptly so we can get in front of any issues/delays
– Is analytical / a resourceful problem solver (e.g. knows when to take shortcuts vs. when to do it “right”)
– Has very good written English (for communication with clients)
– Has good spoken English (not as necessary, but helpful)
# What the job will be like:
– In the beginning months, at least, you will live and breathe , doing setups for clients.
– I ask that for the first month you maintain a few hours of overlap with EST time zone, which means you will need to be online from 8pm – 11 pm your time (GMT+8).
– You’ll learn how to use Clay by training and practice. You’ll work on a series of assignments for 1 week, and will get feedback and coaching on each assignment, afterwards, so you can improve.
– You’ll slowly transition from practice assignments to projects with clients
– We’ll increase the complexity of the work you do, with feedback/coaching from those who are further ahead!
# There are opportunities to further advance such as:
– Taking more responsibility by teaching others
– Interacting with clients directly / running full projects and
– Doing more advanced automations
– Potential to manage others/lead a ‘division’ as the team grows (far in the future)
