We’re looking for someone who’s ready to join 25+ international remote team members, with 20+ from the Philippines, and become an integral part of our 8-figure ecommerce company.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Initially, your primary responsibilities will consist of tasks related to advertising & marketing, CRM management, budgeting & finance, social media management, spreadsheet data entry, process documentation, etc. in addition to executive & admin tasks assisting the company co-founder and other company executives.

For all tasks and projects you’ll be working on, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive training program and support system that includes personalized video tutorials, one-on-one training, and regular meetings and huddles with company executives and managers.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow while feeling fully supported every step of the way. Our goal is to ensure that you feel confident in your abilities and are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role.

We’re going to prioritize your growth and help you unlock your highest potential by giving you all the support you’d ever need. With that, we expect you to have the initiative to learn, ask questions, and bring your valuable inputs.

Once you become proficient in our processes, you’ll have the opportunity to take on a leadership role by building and managing your own team, overseeing their success and scaling our operations.
