I am seeking virtual assistant to help me take screen shots and post and upload content on a WordPress website. Adding links and images to the content as well as some customized text and uploading digital products. Must have amazing attention to detail, be able to produce cover images in Canva or Indesign and be able to write in a native English way.
Here is a breakdown of what I need. (I can train you if you have attention to detail and are able to respond quickly)
1) Take screen shots of Microsoft Office Word files, Excel and Powerpoint.
2) Edit text “template” for the product to post on WordPress and add a paragraph of text describing the digital product (must sound Native English about 1 paragraphs worth 4 to 5 sentences of text)
3) Post text (from step 2) on WordPress website along with images on the WordPress page. (from step 1)
4) Create “Cover” image of product in Canva or Indesign and upload on product page and select the category.
5) Upload digital products and add description.
6) Create “sample page” and upload screen shots from previous #1.
7) Cross link “sample page” to main product page via links.
8) Triple check everything and that the digital product is set and the text is correct as well as the images and links.
*This is a VERY detailed project so you must have great attention to detail, especially when uploading products as well as being able to be creative and taking the initiative in doing the work involved. This is NOT copy and paste.
The key is that you understand the GOAL of the project and are able to problem solve and make sure the items look good.
Pay is $210. USD to upload and post the 209 items to WordPress.
Deadline is 4 weeks from start of project. (if you finish sooner that is ok as well)

Again this is NOT a copy and paste project and you will need to do some thinking and problem solving. Experience in WordPress is a plus. This is very important to do in order to receive a response.
Please be able to Google Meet and Skype with me and speak semi-native English for the interview as communication and explaining will be required, as well as updates. (I will walk you through the process of what you need to do) I will also be providing a non-disclosure agreement and non-compete agreement for you to sign and send back if hired.
