FULL TIME ROLE
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Web Developer / Designer who will be responsible for 3 parts:
1. Creating great websites for our clients who are all local service based contractors (based off a high converting template). Primary duties include:
Setup, editing and moving from staging to live for client websites (managing DNS from old sites to new), working with a content writer for on-page SEO, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our clients’ branding.

You will be working with client success team to ensure clients are happy with overall design & also our PPC advertising team to make sure websites convert at a high rate into leads.
2. Building landing pages / funnels for clients before the website is live. These are to be branded using their fonts, colours and content (eg. social proof from their google reviews) using a template.
3. Able to tie everything together using Google Analytics, Google ads tracking codes and CRM integration with Highlevel
4. You will also be working on the agency helping to streamline process with automations using Integromat / Make, webhooks and other ad-hoc tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in WordPress, landing page building (using clickfunnels or Highlevel), Marketing automation through CRM and be a proactive problem solver
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
– Conceptualizing creative ideas from nothing but a client logo. Working with our customer success team
– Testing and improving the design of the website to optimize for conversion on desktop and mobile
– Maintain websites and trouble-shoot any issues
– Designing basic visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients, Canva is fine
– Working with different content management systems.
– Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
– Incorporating 3rd party web forms and tracking into sites
– Working with the team to increase search presence using best SEO practice (training provided)
