Description:
Queenslake Weddings, a premier wedding planning and venue service, is seeking a skilled developer to enhance our business processes through automation. Our operational tools include for CRM, WordPress for our website, and ClickUp for project management. We aim to streamline our engagement with wedding prospects by automating the collection and management of their information.
Key Responsibilities:
Form Creation: Develop a form, potentially using , to be embedded on our WordPress website. This form will collect essential information from wedding prospects, including the names and contact details of the bride/groom, the wedding date, estimated number of guests, and preferred venue(s), with an option for multiple selections via checkboxes.
Data Verification and Import: Ensure the collected data is verified and then seamlessly imported into our database with the appropriate tag “wedding_prospect”.
Integration with ClickUp: Automate the addition of verified leads into our ClickUp account, specifically under the ‘Wedding_Prospects’ folder within the ‘Weddings & Event’ space as a ToDo item.
Workflow and Drip Campaign Development: (Optional) Assist in creating workflow “statuses” for better management of leads and defining the drip campaign emails, including the rules governing their dispatch.
Ideal Candidate:
Proficient in integrating and automating CRM systems, particularly , with website platforms like WordPress and project management tools such as ClickUp.
Experienced in developing forms for lead collection, data verification techniques, and automating data entry into CRM and project management software.
Capable of creating and managing workflow statuses and drip email campaigns, with a keen understanding of marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to deliver efficient solutions tailored to our business needs.
