Developer only for Shopify online stores with minimum 5 years experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shopify Website Developer who specializes in creating websites specifically tailored for the UK market. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Google Merchant Center requirements and have a proven track record of successfully launching websites that are approved by Google Ads and Google Merchant Center.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and design a visually appealing and user-friendly website on the Shopify platform, catering to the specific needs of the UK market.
2. Ensure compliance with all Google Merchant Center requirements and guidelines to guarantee the approval of the website by Google Ads and Google Merchant Center.
3. Create comprehensive and accurate policies for the online store, including but not limited to handling time, shipping time, payment methods, and other relevant information. Incorporate provided basic information into these policies.
4. Collaborate closely with the client to gather necessary information, understand their business requirements, and implement them effectively within the website.
5. Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure the website functions optimally across various devices and browsers.
6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and Google’s policies to consistently deliver high-quality websites that comply with Google’s guidelines.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Shopify websites, with a strong emphasis on the UK market.
2. Demonstrable expertise in Google Merchant Center requirements and proven experience in successfully launching websites approved by Google Ads and Google Merchant Center.
3. Extensive knowledge of Shopify platform features, themes, apps, and integrations.
4. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages.
5. Solid understanding of e-commerce best practices, including conversion optimization, user experience, and SEO.
6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to create accurate and comprehensive policies for online stores.
7. Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
9. A portfolio showcasing a minimum of 10 projects that have been successfully approved by Google Merchant Center (evidence will be required during the selection process).
