Small Business in the home remodeling space is looking for someone to advance technological and efficiency goals. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their work and can recommend technical solutions based on individual and company needs. We’re not looking to develop a full-fledged ERP/CRM system just yet but definitely are looking for quicker and more efficient ways to achieve our ERP and CRM goals using no-code tools, ready-to-go systems, AI tools, etc.
Example of previous work includes the following:
Problem: We need to have a clear process of customers approving our terms without them having to come into the office to sign a document. We also need to accept payment at this time as well.
Proposed solution: Use online form tools to build out an approval process that we can send to customers and have it compile into PDF upon submission and send to both parties. The online form tools can integrate with an online payment provider and collect payment as a part of submission.
Implemented solution: Used JOTFORM to create the form with pictures and approval checkboxes with a final signature. The form submission saved as PDF and got emailed to customer and integrated with STRIPE to take final payment
Candidate for this position must be aware and able to research, conceptualize, and implement such tools and do any necessary development around it to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.

Strong understanding of Graphic Design and UI to create wireframes and discuss GUI
Strong understanding of processes and business management

Strong Understanding of how to research and test platforms
Strong understanding of Mobile Technologies, Android, Apple, etc.
Know how to interconnect AI, QR codes, Databases, Forms, Payment processors, APIs
Compensation:
Starting at $600/monthly (x12 annually) before bonuses and increasing annually.
