– You deeply understand web development processes, technologies, and best practices and are familiar with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.
– Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to provide effective feedback and coaching.
– You have a robust analytical ability and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.

– As a pro at spotting and rectifying bugs, you’ll lead our team in delivering projects that meet the highest quality standards.
– You’ll craft and implement testing strategies, staying ahead of the latest technological trends to enhance our QA processes.
– Your role will involve guiding and mentoring a team, instilling meticulous attention to detail to ensure every project is perfect.
– Develop and implement a comprehensive QA process for website development projects, considering industry best practices and standards.
– Define quality metrics, standards, and guidelines to evaluate website performance, functionality, usability, and overall user experience.
– Establish testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure efficient and effective QA processes.
– Collaborate with project managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test plans and strategies.
– Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to website development, QA processes, and user experience.
– Prepare and present comprehensive QA reports, including test results, defect tracking, and overall quality assessment.

Qualifications
– 5-7+ years of professional experience in WordPress/Shopify/Webflow development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web development, custom plugin/widget development, and e-commerce solutions.
– Proven track record of expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Experience with major content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
– Hands-on experience with WordPress page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, and Divi, and any other page builders.
– Strong proficiency in version control tools like GitHub.
– Extensive knowledge of web development processes, including design, development, and deployment.
– Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to mentor and motivate team members.
– Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively in a remote work environment and articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
