Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud services. Experience with Firebase, SQL, and Docker containers is advantageous. The ideal candidate shall have 2–5 years of experience in DevOps and a proven track record. Experience in PHP, JavaScript, git, web development, and cloud services is also advantageous.

This role is full or part-time, with a minimum of 60% commitment (open to negotiations).

Qualifications:
• Course in DevOps or in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in DevOps
• Proficiency in PHP and experience with PHP backend frameworks
• Experience in backend, SQL, Firebase, React Native, git, IoT, cloud services, JavaScript is advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Eager to learn and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Language: proficiency in English and able to communicate in spoken/written English

Key Responsibilities:
• DevOps for a tech stack of PHP Symfony backend, mySQL, and Firebase databases, serving React Native Mobile Apps
• Coordinate the team and hold daily stand-ups with the dev team. Keep track of issues being worked on and bugs solved
• Collaborate with the CTO and others to improve the tech stack and define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the uptime, performance, quality, and responsiveness of the services
• Be proactive and identify bottlenecks and bugs
• Maintain organization, workflow and do code reviews
• Help with the backend, AI, React Native app, or web page if needed
