Job Title: DevOps Engineer/System Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer or System Administrator with experience in deploying web applications to join our team on a contract basis. The primary role will be to install and configure ToolJet, an open-source low-code platform, on our server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient deployment, along with setting up any necessary supporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

ToolJet Installation and Configuration: Download and install ToolJet on our server, ensuring it is properly configured and operational. Here is a link to the program /ToolJet/ToolJet
Server Setup: Set up the server, including installing necessary dependencies, configuring network settings, and ensuring security best practices.
Database Configuration: Set up and configure the database required for ToolJet, ensuring its integration with the application. Specifically, integrate Airtable as the main database solution, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow between Airtable and ToolJet.
Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing to ensure that ToolJet is functioning correctly. Address and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or operation.
Documentation: Provide documentation on the deployment process and any important configuration settings. Creating videos explaining how you set it up and how to maintain it.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, or similar role with a focus on web application deployment.
Strong knowledge of server management and deployment, including experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and server-side technologies.
Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and their integration with web applications.
Experience with and JavaScript/TypeScript-based applications.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
