Description
Our client is an Australian Digital Marketing Agency that specialises in Email Marketing, Website Development, Social Media and Data Management. They are searching for an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage the delivery and implementation of one of their client’s marketing plan.
They are now looking to hire an Account Manager to be able to play an active role in the ongoing management of clients, the creation of their marketing solutions, and the execution of their work.
Job Responsibilities:
Build relationships
Internal project/Campaign Management
Ongoing Client liaison
Reporting and Reviews
Strategy, learning, and idea development
Specific project planning, research
Business Support
Forecasts monitoring
Client & supplier invoicing, maintaining records
Requirements

Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adept at developing good client and internal relationships
An ability and a willingness to present and sell the agency and its work to clients
Understanding of and hands-on affinity for the gamut of digital marketing and web technologies, social media marketing practice and tools, SEO, SEM etc
Commitment to deliver profitability to the agency, negotiate with clients, and implement forecasts.
Ability and willingness to manage multiple projects, doing what it takes to deliver a successful outcome
Creative mindset – able to come up with marketing ideas and solutions
At least 8 years in a client service role in a digital-focused agency, developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns
Numeric; experience in the financial management of client/project budgets
Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs
Experience managing junior staff and external resources
Desirable: Experience with project management software
Desirable: Digital marketing or related degree
Energetic, can-do attitude
