You’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in crafting and executing successful paid advertising campaigns that fuel our client’s growth.

The Role:
Are you a digital advertising whiz with a proven track record of success? Do you relish the challenge of crafting high-converting ad strategies? If so, we want to hear from you!

As our Digital Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of our clients’ paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. This includes:
* Developing and implementing targeted campaign strategies aligned with client goals and budget.
*Conducting in-depth keyword research and audience analysis to optimize ad targeting.
*Overseeing the creation of compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with target audiences.
*Managing campaign budgets efficiently and strategically.
*Setting up Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio for each client account.
*Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations for continuous improvement.
*Reporting on results to the accounts team, and in some cases to the clients, and providing actionable insights.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
*5+ years of experience in paid advertising management (PPC, Display, Social Media, etc.).
*Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and GA4.
*Proven track record of success in achieving campaign goals within budget.
*Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and best practices, particularly Google, Meta, Bing, and LinkedIn.
*Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
*Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling ad copy.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*A collaborative and team-oriented spirit.
*A degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Bonus Points If You Have:
*Experience in specific industries relevant to Amplomedia’s client base (B2B services).
*Certification in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other advertising platforms.
*A passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital advertising landscape.
