This is where you come in:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Walmart, and Instacart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, and analyzing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and drive profitable traffic.

Role Description:
– Platform Subject Matter Expert: Be the technical expert & bring platform-specific insight to help build a paid media strategy
– Campaign Management: Bid setting, audience optimization
– Ad Asset Management: utilize a full portfolio of ad assets + work alongside the design team to help build better content for ads based on platform performance
– Performance Management: measure progress and execute towards established KPIs & overarching e-commerce goals
– Analyze search campaign performance against KPIs and report on trends and insights
– Work with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities
– Budget Pacing & Management
– Paid Platform Expertise & Experience (priority in descending order): Facebook / Instagram, Tiktok, Google Search & Shopping, Instacart, Walmart

Platform Needs:
*Walmart*
– Evaluate the opportunities available on and establish an appropriate budget and marketing plan to take advantage of the platform without overinvesting
– Drive the company’s marketing efforts on Walmart
– Create and manage PPC campaign performance to increase sales and brand visibility.

*Google Search*
– Maximize incremental conversions via shopping & keyword targets
– Provide consumer insight based on search term reports
– Figure out how to best utilize search traffic to drive incremental conversions based, not limited to just d2c but across all e-commerce retail channels

*Instacart*
– Establish a new advertising platform on IC to support our retail sales goals
– Drive consumer awareness & maximize all placements available as digital endcaps & “in-store” marketing

The ideal candidate:
– Significant experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, particularly on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. Familiarity with Walmart and Instacart marketing is a plus.
– Strong analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
– Proficiency in SEO techniques and strategies to enhance organic search rankings and improve website visibility.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with the team and effectively convey insights and strategies.
– The ability to think creatively and come up with innovative marketing strategies and ad creatives to capture audience attention.
– Digital marketing is an ever-evolving field, so adaptability to changing algorithms and trends is crucial.
– Skill in managing and optimizing advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
– Proficiency in planning and executing A/B tests to refine marketing strategies.
– Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including ad management interfaces and analytics tools.
