Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Ads Specialist with expertise in media buying and campaign management across various digital platforms. As a key member of our team, you will drive effective digital advertising strategies to maximize client ROI through lead generation, retargeting, programmatic advertising, and other advanced tactics.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant platforms.
– Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted advertising strategies based on client objectives.
– Optimize ad campaigns regularly to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
– Implement advanced retargeting strategies to increase ad effectiveness and drive conversions.
– Utilize programmatic advertising tools and platforms to automate and optimize ad placements.
– Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager) and provide regular reports to clients.
– Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and incorporate them into campaign strategies.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Digital Ads Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital advertising campaigns.
– Expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Shopping ads. Certification in Google Ads is a plus.
– Proficiency in managing ads on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
– In-depth knowledge of lead generation strategies, retargeting techniques, and programmatic advertising.
– Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Location:
– Remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the Philippines.
