HOW YOU CAN BE PART OF US
We have a 3 step hiring process which you can go through when you think and feel that Verta Marketing is a good fit for you. A candidate that would be a good fit for us as well will have the 3 main things that we require: Experience, Skills & Character.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
– You have a minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing Automation, design, paid media buying, and data entry
– You are tech savvy with the ability to set up automations & integrations between various platforms like GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, email marketing apps & B2B data tools, and Linkedin Automation Tools (Dripify, Ulinc, LaGrowthMachine).
– You can turn abstract ideas into elegant visual elements for social media using softwares like Canva & other visual design tools
– You can communicate & work effectively with fellow team members from managers, copywriters, designers, appointment bookers, and programmers
SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Marketing
– Design email templates to be used in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, warmbox, Go high level.
– Establish email marketing strategies and ensure timely execution of email marketing initiatives (B2C and B2B)
– Develop strategies to improve open rates and click through rates for both campaigns and behavioural emails
– Own end-to-end production of email campaigns and automations, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, QA and reporting
– Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, landing page set-up, scheduling, testing, deployment of emails, email database management activities, and maintaining the cleanliness of the database
Linkedin Automation
– Filter leads through sales navigator and created hyper targeted approach for a Linkedin Automation Campaign
– Work with marketing team to optimise copy for the Linkedin Automation Campaign
– Be familiar with tools like LaGrowthMachine, Dripify, and Ulinc and be able to navigate around the tool while providing education for the client on how to use them.
– Be able to organise the leads on the automation tools along with setting up channels to upload them to our CRM, Go HighLevel.
– Be able to respond to leads and train appointment bookers on how best to engage with new leads that come through.
Digital Advertising and Media Buying
– Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, PPC, digital advertising campaigns (e.g. Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Adwords, and Tiktok Ads)
– Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
– Design, test and execute digital advertising campaigns with marketing automation tools, making data-driven decisions
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
– Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
– Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
– Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
– Manage and optimise client digital advertising budgets and schedules and deliver consistent results
– Providing monthly analytic reports and feedback to management and clients
Tech & Go High Level
– Manage our tech stack and ensure that they are being used effectively. This includes tools like, Go High Level, Warmbox, Infinity, slack, clockify, etc.
– Build workflow automation and funnels for clients.
– Integrate the apps & platforms our company is using for our business and clients using Zapier
– Manage the CRM lists for multiple brands while collaborating with web teams to build segments and understand customer behaviour/customer lifecycle
Graphic Design
– Design & produce captivating graphics & videos for social media using Canva
CHARACTER
– You are a self starter and you can motivate yourself with less supervision
– You collaborate with your teammates efficiently and accept feedback very well
– You communicate your ideas, thoughts and feelings gracefully
– You are coachable and approach your work with a growth mindset
